CASE OF THE MONTH
Nasopharyngeal Cancer
 This 66 year old male had a PET/CT study to stage nasopharyngeal cancer in Aug.’07 with left pharyngeal activity. Again in Nov. ’07 he was studied for restaging and the left pharyngeal abnormality had resolved. However, new adenopathy in the right middle internal jugular was demonstrated.
